Sometimes the greatest thing we can give a leader isn’t another strategy. It’s hope, encouragement, and a reminder of God’s faithfulness.

I love helping pastors, staff members, volunteers, and ministry teams develop practical skills, build healthy systems, solve problems, and become more effective in what God has called them to do.

My goal is simple: Give people something they can use on Monday, not just something that sounds good on Sunday!

Reaching the Next Generation Starts With Equipping This Generation.

For decades, I’ve helped churches strengthen children’s ministry, develop volunteer teams, partner with parents, and build ministries that help kids and families know and follow Jesus.

I believe there’s no junior Holy Spirit, and there’s no substitute for intentional leadership and discipleship.

• Grandparenting on Purpose- Leaving Faith in the Next Generation.

One of the greatest privileges of my life is being Big G to my three grandboys!

I believe grandparents have an incredible opportunity to influence the spiritual lives of their grandchildren.

Through practical biblical teaching, real-life stories, and a little grandparent humor, I help grandparents become more intentional about sharing their faith, building relationships, and leaving a legacy that lasts for generations.

• Marriage, Parenting & Family

Because My Family Is My Greatest Sermon.

I’ve spent my life teaching about leadership and ministry, but the most important ministry I’ve ever had is my family.

Julie and I have been married for 48 years and counting! We’re blessed with two grown daughters who love Jesus and the local church, and three grandboys who have completely stolen our hearts.

We haven’t done everything perfectly, but we’ve learned a lot along the way.

Julie is also available to minister alongside me for selected events. Together, we love encouraging couples, parents, grandparents, and families to build strong relationships, grow in faith, and make what matters most a priority.
