After 50 years in ministry, I’ve learned a few things. One of the most important is that nobody was meant to do life or ministry alone.

I know, because I’ve been there. I’ve celebrated the joys of ministry, and I’ve walked through disappointments and hard seasons too, including the hardest one of my life. One thing I know for sure: just because you’re a leader doesn’t mean you don’t need someone to care for you.
Sometimes pastors don’t need another conference, another book, or another leadership strategy. Sometimes they just need someone who understands. Someone who will:
- Listen without judging
- Pray with them, not just for them (there’s a difference)
- Remind them of God’s faithfulness
- Care about them as a person, not just for what they do
That’s the heart behind Pastoring Pastors. I’d love to walk alongside you if you’re facing:
