After more than 40 years of helping churches and individuals thrive, I’m offering my experience and knowledge of what it takes to grow leaders, churches, and ministries available to you as I come alongside as a Ministry coach.
Although I’m most widely known as one of the pioneers and fathers of the modern Children’s Ministry movement, over the years I’ve also served as Student Pastor, Minister of Music, Christian Education Director, NextGen Pastor, Associate Pastor, School Administrator, and Executive Pastor. There aren’t any areas of ministry within the local church that I haven’t had the privilege of overseeing & leading.
Whether your current ministry size is less than 200 or more than 20,000 people strong, I’ve been there; and I understand the systems and processes it takes to make churches and staff grow to the next level.
I’ve been a part of more than 1 million square feet of building programs from planning stage to implementation, training, and staffing. I understand locating, training, and releasing both paid staff and volunteer teams, and I can coach you through these processes.
